Phase II of new construction included 222 apartment units. This 6-story podium style residential building, boasts "high end finishes and amenities" complimenting the adjacent Phase I building in the City of Chelsea.  The program amenities include covered on-grade residential parking, fitness and yoga studios, media room, lap pool, club room and bar, and indoor basketball court.
