EAST BOSTON, MA
New construction of a 215 apartment unit, waterfront, 6-story podium style residential building with one level of underground parking, just across the river from downtown Boston in the East Boston, MA. The program amenities include below-grade residential parking, fitness room, artist live-work studios, artist gallery, dog Spa, roof-top Amenity Lounge and fitness center, and dual-level top floor units.
Project roles included production team captain, construction document development, and consultant coordination. Tasks included unit layout, design development of elevations, wall sections, and detailing. Project presentation and permitting review materials. Challenges included structural coordination of passageway bridge and gallery, as well as extensive water mitigation system. Awarded "Best new Building of 2017" by Curbed Boston. Project completion: Spring 2018
