New construction of 105 luxury condos in the trending South Boston neighborhood, this 5-story podium style building provides easy access to the Seaport, South End, and downtown Boston neighborhoods. Amenities include concierge, Smart Home technology, fitness center, amenity room, pet spa, fitness center, and roof-top decks. Street front dual-level units and a 1,200 SF retail space were also incorporated into the design.
Project roles included full project presentation, documentation, and construction management services from conception through completion under the supervision of project architect, Nancy Ludwig. Permitting and LEED compliance services. Weekly on-site and office construction administration tasks. Project completion: Spring 2018
