New construction of 234 luxury apartment units, 6-story wood and post-tension concrete residential building, situated across from Revere Beach. The program amenities include multi-level residential parking, fitness and yoga studios, club room, elevated swimming pool courtyard, roof-top deck, and bike share program.
Project roles included construction document production, design team leader, and coordinator. Design challenges included the detailing and of multi-level post-tension concrete garage and amenity spaces, as well as flood mitigation design and elevated pool terrace. Project completion: Spring 2018
