New construction of 230 apartment units, 5-story podium style residential building, just across the Tobin Bridge from downtown Boston in the City of Chelsea. The program amenities include on-grade residential parking, fitness and yoga studios, media room, swimming pool, cyber café, and dog daycare facility.
Project roles included full project presentation, documentation, and construction management services from conception through completion under the supervision of project architect Ken Hagan. Construction document production and consultant coordination. Weekly on-site and office construction administration tasks. Project completion: Spring 2013
